Her concern about the rising cost of fresh produce, and its impact on the most vulnerable community members—the elderly and young children—drove her to action. She realized that increasing accessibility was critical to ensuring everyone receives enough nutritious food.

This passion led her to found Grow It Forward Idaho, LLC, a venture rooted in the belief that collective action by homeowners can positively impact the community by providing affordable, locally grown produce that not only nourishes people but also builds community resilience.
